Privacy Policy

What we store, and where

• Your tasks, steps, streaks and settings are stored only in a local database on your device. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no server-side copy. Deleting the app deletes this data.
• Brain-dump text is sent over an encrypted connection to our processing service (Cloudflare Workers) when you tap "Break it down". It is forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your steps, returned to your device, and not retained by us beyond a short-lived technical cache. We never use your text for advertising or profiling, and Anthropic does not train models on API data.
• Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play and by RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider. We receive a pseudonymous random identifier and subscription status — never your name, email, or payment details.

What we do not do

• No user accounts, no email collection, no contact upload.
• No advertising, no ad identifiers, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No sale or sharing of personal data with data brokers.

Notifications, microphone and widgets

• Reminders are scheduled locally on your device; no push-notification server is involved.
• Dictation uses your device's speech recognition. The microphone is only active while you dictate; audio is handled by Apple's or Google's speech services under their terms.
• The home-screen widget reads your next step from local storage only.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (request processing), Anthropic (AI step generation), RevenueCat (subscription status), and Apple/Google (payments, speech recognition). Each receives only the minimum data needed for its function.

Your rights

Since your data lives on your device, you are in direct control: export or delete it by deleting the app. For questions or requests under the GDPR (or other applicable privacy laws), contact us at unstuck@aiphotocleaner.app.

Children

Unstuck is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country) and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and the "last updated" date below.

Terms of Use

Unstuck is offered under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) on iOS. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Unstuck is a self-organization tool. It provides educational content about ADHD but is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical questions.

Deutsche Zusammenfassung

Datenschutz: Unstuck hat keine Konten und kein Tracking. Deine Aufgaben, Schritte, Serien und Einstellungen liegen ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät. Nur der Text eines Brain-Dumps wird verschlüsselt an unseren Server (Cloudflare) übertragen und zur Zerlegung in Schritte an die Claude-API von Anthropic weitergereicht — er wird von uns nicht dauerhaft gespeichert und nicht für Werbung oder Profilbildung genutzt. Käufe wickeln Apple/Google und RevenueCat ab; wir erhalten nur eine pseudonyme Zufalls-ID und den Abo-Status. Erinnerungen werden lokal geplant, das Diktat nutzt die Spracherkennung deines Geräts, das Widget liest nur lokale Daten. Da alles lokal liegt, löschst du deine Daten durch Löschen der App. Fragen (auch nach DSGVO): unstuck@aiphotocleaner.app.

Nutzungsbedingungen: Es gilt die Standard-EULA von Apple (Link oben). Abos verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf gekündigt werden. Unstuck ist ein Selbstorganisations-Werkzeug mit Bildungsinhalten zu ADHS — kein Medizinprodukt und kein Ersatz für medizinischen Rat.
